Every patient registering with the practice will have the opportunity of a new patient consultation. The appointment gives you a chance to meet us, have your health checked and bring to light any ongoing medical problems or important past medical history, including continuing your medication.

The Health Visiting team are based at Ringwood Health Centre. They provide expert advice for all patients, with responsibility for the under fives and their families. Child Health Clinics are held at Twin Oaks Medical Centre on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. The Health Visitors offer general advice and support in all aspects of the care of children. If you are pregnant and wish to deliver at Royal Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton or Salisbury Hospitals please use the hospital self-referral form as you no longer need a GP referral

This service provides for anyone needing the temporary use of a wheel chair, crutches and other medical items, usually as recommended by the doctors at the surgeries. However, independent requests are also fulfilled. Please contact the surgery on 01425 671741 for current contact numbers.
Private Forms
Your doctor will usually be able to complete any Private Forms or sign passport forms (if they have known you for more than two years), but please allow a minimum of seven working days notice. A charge for these - and for issuing private certificates - will be made in line with the recommended BMA scale

Chiropractor
Anna Franklin is a State-Registered Chiropractor and works at Twin Oaks on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Fridays. However, you do not need to be registered at Twin Oaks Surgery as she is an independent practitioner.
